Step 1: Learn about our policies.
Before you make any reservation, it is strongly recommended that you carefully read the following information about our policies.
Step 2: Provide us with details of your travel plans.
Inform us the itineraries on our website that you are interested in. And provide us with details of your travel plans such as arriving dates, number of travelers, etc. Or give us your requirements such as duration of travel, places you want to visit, or what you plan to do in China, etc. And we will design a satisfied itinerary for you and reply within 24 hours. You can do this either by sending us an e-mail to eacenter@chinadragontour.com or visit tailor-made your trip on the front page.
The more details you give us, the better proposal you will receive.
Step 3: Our experienced China Travel Advisor will assist you.
The time we receive your booking request or your requirements, we will assign one of our experienced travel advisors to work with you, talking about the details of your China tour, and giving you the information you need. If you are satisfied with the itineraries on our website and ready for the payment, please jump to Step 7.
Step 4: Design an itinerary for you.
With the specific information you provide to us we will carefully design a plan for your tour including details of hotels, sightseeing spots and flight schedules. We may not, at this stage, be able to provide the domestic flight numbers in the itinerary but will indicate these by "morning flight to Beijing" or "afternoon flight".
Step 5: Amend the proposed itinerary.
You may carefully check our proposal and feel free to amend the itinerary by changing dates, cities, travel sites, hotels or flights. You may also ask as many questions as you like or give us suggestions so that we can offer you a perfect itinerary.
Step 6: Revise the itinerary and send a quote.
We will respond to all your questions as soon as possible. Steps 5 and 6 may be repeated over and over until you are completely satisfied with the final tour plan. Then you will receive our quotation when the itinerary is finalized.
Step 7: Accept our proposal and quotation and complete the payment procedure.
When you receive our final proposal and decide to accept our quotation, you can announce your acceptance of our plan by e-mail, then you will receive the conformation letter from us, attaching your tour code and the payment methods we provide for you.
Note: It is highly recommended that your tour reservation with Golf Playing or Yangtze River Cruise be made at least 60 days prior to the actual traveling date while others can be made 30 days prior to the actual traveling date.
Step 8: Secure and confirm your booking.
Upon receiving your deposit, we will immediately start making the reservations through CTS. All of the flights, hotels and other items in the itinerary were available at the time we made the proposal. However, we are not able to guarantee their availability until we have secured the bookings after receiving your deposit. The earlier that you confirm our proposal, the more likely that we can stick to the proposed itinerary. If we are not able to book part of the flights or hotels as proposed, we will suggest alternative options and ask for your approval before confirming the booking. The process of confirming your tour will take 1-5 days depending on how early we receive your acceptance of our offer and the uniqueness of your tour.
Step 9: Send you a confirmation letter.
After your payment is received and the travel reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter again to your e-mail address or call you up directly. If you pay us via PayPal, we will also send you a reckoning.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit which is equal to 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time a reservation is confirmed. The balance is required 30 days before departure for your China tour. Should the tour booked within 30 days before departure for your China tour, full payment is required.
We are now able to offer 2 methods of Payment:
- Visa or Master Card secure online payment via PayPal. (Saving time and safe)
When you receive a payment request in your email, you will be guided to PayPal website to make the payment. If you are already a member of PayPal, the payment request will also be send to your PayPal account. And all you have to do is to follow the standard procedure. Or if you don’t have a PayPal account, have one now for quicker, cheaper and safer transaction!

Note: When either PayPal or CTS has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment.

1. Please specify “the Operator’s name” when you do the payment so that we can receive it easily.
